Stretches





The RollerSizeR stretches the body by giving you something to hold on to while you engage and relax into a stretch. All stretches are better performed with the The RollerSizeR. The RollerSizeR is your "stretch" partner when your trainer is not around.


Above, a new mom in a Strollercize is opening up her hips. Sciatica is a typical pain that can happen during pregnancy and after. Great stretch and The RollerSizeR guides the stretch without neck stress. 

Place the 'cushion' of The RollerSizeR on the back of the neck and gently hold the knobs and bring your head forward. It will give your back, hips and groan just the right amount of stretch with no strain or bouncing to force yourself forward.
