The RollerSizeR on line course certification is made easy with the use of the internet. No travel costs but you will feel like you are there with the inventor and trainer, Elizabeth Trindade.
She uses pictures, drawings, power point presentation and You Tube and Webinars to help you learn how to make the most out of your RollerSizeR toning tool. On Line Course Start March 1st.

This particular course is perfect for trainers, clients, therapists and anyone who wants to learn how to use their RollerSizeR for total fitness. It is also a fun course and you will even get in a workout going at home next to your computer!

This is a group class using the RollerSizeR to do Step Ups. It helps them posture and enhance a tough leg exercise. The RollerSizeR is above the head in Point Placement #1 - Range.
